2. Use of Our Website

  • Website ka use sirf legal purposes ke liye allowed hai.

  • Koi unauthorized use, hacking attempt, ya fraudulent activity strictly prohibited hai.

  • Website ka content (images, text, logos) Nuskha-e-Sehat ki intellectual property hai, bina permission ke copy ya reuse nahi kiya ja sakta.

3. Product Information

  • Hum apne products ke ingredients, benefits, aur usage instructions clearly provide karte hain.

  • Hum herbal supplements provide karte hain jo PCSIR certified hain, lekin ye kisi medical diagnosis ya doctor consultation ka substitute nahi hain.

  • Koi bhi health product use karne se pehle apne doctor se consult karna recommended hai, specially agar aap pregnant, breastfeeding, ya kisi medical condition me hain.

4. Orders & Payments

  • Orders sirf Pakistan ke andar deliver kiye jate hain (unless otherwise mentioned).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) aur advance payment dono accepted hain.

  • Payment complete hone ke baad hi order process hota hai.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery time: 2–5 working days.

  • Remote areas me delivery time thoda zyada ho sakta hai.

  • Delay ki case me customer ko inform kiya jayega.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Hamari Return & Refund Policy website par available hai — please usko read karein.

  • Damaged ya wrong item receive hone par replacement free of cost milega.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Nuskha-e-Sehat kisi indirect, incidental, ya consequential loss ke liye liable nahi hoga jo product ya service use karne se ho.

  • Customer ki responsibility hai ke product ka use instructions ke according karein.

  • Hum kabhi bhi Terms of Service update kar sakte hain.

  • Updated terms website par post hote hi effective ho jate hain.
